Why is trqauthd failing to start during redhat/centos boot?

Issue: When the system boots, trqauthd is failing to start.  Yet "systemctl start trqauthd" brings it up just fine.

Symptoms:  Running systemctl status trqauthd produces output contining something like this:

Sep 17 14:32:36 ... trqauthd[1443]: Could not get host address
Sep 17 14:32:36 ... systemd[1]: Unit trqauthd.service entered failed state.
Sep 17 14:32:36 ... systemd[1]: trqauthd.service failed.

This is pointing to trqauthd loading before the networking is totally functional.

Solution: One possible reason for this is the system is using Network Manager to manage networking.  This can be disabled, and that will often fix the problem.  The steps required may depend on the operating system and version, but one example, for Redhat 7, is this:

If the above does not resolve this, check the system log (/var/log/messages), as well as the Torque logs, and if all else fails, open a support ticket.
